Ground-up development project for a fast casual restaurant chain that serves American Chinese Cuisine. Project included site work, paving, concrete, landscaping, and a wood-framed building with a Duralast membrane roof. Interior finishes included an extensive fixture and equipment package, along with modern finishes to complete Panda’s latest design.
