Pinnacle Construction assisted the property’s owner in researching new sites and brought in a commercial broker to assist. When a site could not be found, the owner made the decision to remain in his existing building, portions of which were literally falling down. Pinnacle’s experience with Lippmann involved working with an industrial engineer, rebuilding parts of the building and converting the structure into offices that will carry the company into the next millennium.
