As part of the City of Franklin’s commitment to re-urbanization, the concept in this development was to push the building to the front of the street for a “hometown” feel. The use of separate facades makes each tenant-business’s space look like a separate entity. On this masonry building, Pinnacle applied several different materials for that unique look.
